The technician from Mr. Rooter - Raleigh arrived on time, around 2PM, to replace our 20-year-old electric hot water heater. Despite the enormous challenge of where the tank was located, having to leave to buy fittings and a new drip pan, soldering the old fittings in place to the new tank, removing the old tank, and cleaning up, they left after 8PM. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining and answering my questions. We are extremely pleased with the work done and would never hesitate to call Mr. Rooter in the future, for any plumbing needs. Thank You!

I received confirmation emails both the day I called as well as the morning that the technician was scheduled, letting me know they were on their way.
